乐在工作:玩兴氛围的形成与效应研究述评/贾林林 杨 洁 李华胜

有时间在工作中玩乐可能是他们获得工作满意度的必要条件,因此,组织需要考虑如何成功地将玩乐融入工作,以留住和激励这些员工;另一方面,由于经济全球化的出现,越来越多的员工来自世界各地,形成了劳动力的多样性,因而组织文化并不一定与其所在国家的民族文化一致,他们在日常工作中难免会互相影响,进而改变彼此的认知、态度和行为,并由此形成一个包容的组织文化氛围,而组织所要做的就是善于充分挖掘所有员工的潜力来创造价值。因此,是否存在跨文化的一致性也有待未来进一步探讨。
