在内部沟通中,畅通沟通渠道,为员工提供合适的反馈机制。领导者应鼓励开放式沟通,使员工能够自由表达对组织内部道德问题的看法和担忧,让员工能够安全地报告可能存在的亲组织不道德行为,从而及时采取纠正措施。
